After crossing paths with a few thousand people after over 14 years as a teacher, mentor, leader and coach, Laurie's greatest observation is how
many people focus on what is wrong with their career or personal life, serving to halt their potential through repeated negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Laurie seeks to be a positive influence on her clients, encouraging them to examine those long held beliefs that no longer serve and explore new perspectives that inspire growth and forward movement.
After many years of training as a sales coach, Laurie has also received training through the coaching schools, Coach Training Alliance and the Institute for Life Coach Training. She has earned the title Board Certified Coach through the Center For Credentialing and Education. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and served as an active board and committee member for the New England Chapter of ICF. She was nominated for the 2014 Life Coach of the Year Award through ICFNE and earned the 2014 Director's Award for Distinguished Service. She draws on her Master's Degree in Education and Child Development in all of her work as our childhood is the foundation for our patterns and beliefs. This background has been vital in helping her clients create a deeper understanding and acceptance of who they have become, while releasing old stories and perceptions that no longer serve. Her mission is to help guide people to look at the situations and relationships in their lives from a healthier viewpoint, while using this new perspective to both personally grow and influence others. She's been achieving this through her private coaching practice, teaching workshops, tele-classes and speaking to groups of people nationwide.
